Directions and bus route
By Car:
Wherever you’re coming from, when in Newcastle, follow signs for Quayside B1600 and also The Courts, and/or get into City Road (A186), direction Walker Road. You will find the Tyne Tees Building around the corner, on City Road, with a multistorey car park building right at the corner.
There is free car parking in the multistorey car park with its entrance at the rear of the building (Howard Street).
By Bus:
You can get a bus to City Road from either the Haymarket Bus-stop or Market Street at the Monument. You need to take Bus No Q2, run by StageCoach, or any bus operating within ZONE 26. On Sundays, from 7.19 am, there is a bus every 20 minutes, up to 10.00am. From 10.00am, there is a bus every 10 minutes. The buses go past City Road, and there is a bus stop outside the Tyne Tees Studio. You will need to inform the bus driver that you will be getting off at the Tyne Tees Studio.
